Why We Chose Nylon 66
• The Right Balance of Firmness

Each bristle is 0.8 mm in diameter
and 20 mm long.
After repeatedly testing various bristle
materials and lengths in real-world
cleaning work, we selected this balanced
design for professional use.
Making the bristles thicker or shorter
increases stiffness, but reduces the
flexibility needed to conform to tight spaces.
Designed for professional cleaning,
this product combines the right firmness
to scrub away dirt with the flexibility
to conform to tight spaces.

Handle Material (Aluminum)
Why We Chose Aluminum
This product is designed to reach
narrow gaps and tight spaces.
If the handle were made from resin tubing,
the pressure applied during bristle insertion
could easily cause cracks.
Even if no problems were visible during
manufacturing, cracks could develop
during use.
To withstand this pressure, a resin tube
would require sufficient wall thickness.
With a bristle-hole diameter of approximately
6 mm and a wall thickness of approximately
4 mm, the outside diameter would be
approximately 14 mm.
However, as the outside diameter increases,
it becomes more difficult to reach narrow
gaps and tight spaces.
For this reason, we chose aluminum,
which allows us to keep the handle slim
while maintaining the required strength.
This product is designed to balance
a slim profile with the strength required
for professional use.

a skilled brush artisan.
Both ends of each aluminum tube
are individually chamfered by hand
(a process that smooths the edges)
before the bristles are inserted.
This professional-grade pen-style brush
is built to meet the quality requirements
of real-world cleaning work.

is completed by hand, slight variations may
occur in the fine details of the finish.
These variations do not affect quality
or performance.
